I founded my little English girl in October 2013 after discovering Ribbies barrettes for my daughter. Having been able, as a mother, to appreciate the high quality, the creativity and the wide range of colors offered by the Ribbies brand, I decided to create this site to make you discover it. Hence this site in French on which you will find more than a hundred articles, all produced by Ribbies.

I am a French mother and I live in London. I baptized my company " my little Englishwoman " in reference to my first little client who always answers me when I tell her to put on her sweater so as not to catch a cold: "But Mom, I'm not cold, I'm a bit English!".

Ribbies bars were created by an American mother, Kim Marable, in 2006. She invented an ingenious system of anti-slip bars, by inserting a thin strip of foam inside crocodile bars. No more slipping bars!

Since their launch, thanks to this innovation and a range of modern and simple products, the Ribbies hair clips have been a great success in the United States (they have also been adopted by actress Jennifer Garner for her daughters!). They are now distributed in 14 countries. The range is regularly enriched with new products and new colors that we will share with you.

Most Ribbies

These barrettes do not pull the hair, are easy to put on (no need to press on the child's head) and above all... as they are very easy to open, even for small fingers, little girls can hair on your own!

Unlike some barrettes, the Ribbies barrette is not completely covered in ribbon. The lower part makes it possible to separate the hair and therefore easier styling. Even dads can do it!

Year after year, my little English girl grows and now has many loyal customers across Europe.
